These cast iron skeleton keys bring old-world character to bowls, shelves, shadow boxes, displays, and gift projects. Choose a lot of 25, 50, 75, or 100 assorted reproduction keys, each with a hand-distressed finish and the look of pieces recovered from an old trunk or forgotten workshop.

They are an easy way to add vintage texture to a room — and a memorable gift for collectors, decorators, history lovers, and anyone drawn to old-world details.

Perfect for:

  • Bowl fillers and shelf arrangements
  • Shadow boxes and display cases
  • Vintage-inspired home decor
  • Gift wrapping and craft projects
  • Collectors, decorators and history buffs
  • Retail displays or event decor

Specs:

  • Material: Cast Iron
  • Finish: Hand-antiqued distressed finish
  • Quantity: Choose a lot of 25, 50, 75, or 100 keys
  • Dimensions: Keys measure approximately 1" to 3"
  • Weight: Approx. 1 lb per 25 keys

Before modern pin-tumbler locks, skeleton and warded keys were commonly used for trunks, doors, cabinets, and storerooms. These reproduction keys are inspired by the simple, utilitarian forms of 19th-century locksmithing.

Great size, weight, and variety

These keys have a really nice weight and substantial size. I love the variety in designs. They are rusty (as intended), but easily clean up if you want to remove some of the extra residue. Thank you!
