Everything in our shop ships directly from our warehouse in Sierra Madre, California. We do not drop-ship; we inspect and pack every item ourselves to ensure it arrives safely.

We have a strict "No Plastic" rule for our collectibles. Our products are made from heavy-duty, durable materials like solid brass, cast iron, and wrought iron. If an item is listed as cast iron, it will have the substantial weight and "clink" you’d expect from the real thing.

Most of our items feature a hand-applied patina or antique finish. This means that every piece is slightly unique, with intentional "wear" and character that gives it an authentic, aged appearance right out of the box.

Because we work with heavy metals like cast iron, damage is rare, but it can happen during transit. If your item arrives broken or defective, please send us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery, and we will send out a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
