Not as described, it was supposed to be 8“ x 10“ it was barely 5 x 8, I contacted their customer service and they offer me a refund if I would send it back. The plaque was well-made, even though smaller than I wanted so I decided to keep it to their benefit. They did go back and change the measurements on their website. I just changed it before I paid for it.

We have since corrected the listing and offered a return for a full refund, but we understand that doesn’t undo the disappointment. Thank you for bringing the error to our attention.
